Intrinsic motivation is the strongest driver that we have. It’s something we absolutely miss in our current educational system and forget to tap into throughout our lives.

We often get so numb by the “have to’s” or “must do’s”that we don’t feel what we truly want in life anymore, or learn that it's okay to take a risk.

It is because of this, that we have to create events that show us that nothing comes without a challenge and it takes absolute deep intrinsic motivation to succeed. It’s the combination of personal challenge, being with people that inspire you and doing good for the community, that fire me up like nothing else.
